OUR POLICIES

We take great pride in the fact that every shirt that is ordered is hand-made by us. The designs are made here in the USA. Because our shirts are custom designed for you, we have the following policies:

•Please allow at least 2 weeks from the date of your order to receive it. If we become aware of a problem from our suppliers that may cause a delay, we will inform you.

•RETURNS: Due to the custom nature of the orders, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than a defective article. If your shirt is defective in any way, please notify us by e-mail at customerservice@mommawear.com and we will give you instructions on returning the article and a replacement.

CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY IMPROVEMENT ACT
OF 2008 - Lead

The test results are in. We are pleased to say that everything tested (rhinestones, nailheads and rhinestuds in various colors) all came back within the compliance range. Not only did they meet the current compliance of 600 ppm, but were significantly lower than 300 ppm which will be the new lead level for compliance as of August 2009.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

With the proper care, the crystal design will last the life of the garment. Wash the shirt inside out on a delicate cycle in cold water. Hang dry.
